Processing of booking requests

If you send a booking request via the website, we will ask for your name, address and contact details, the desired travel period and your desired room. We use this data exclusively to process your enquiry. Irrespective of whether you decide to stay in our hotel or not, we store your data for 3 months, in order to enable us to refer to your enquiry in the event of a query.

If you book with us, further data may be requested and/or stored by us in addition to the above data, in order to be able to provide you with the selected services. This includes data on products/services selected by you and payment details, as well as other data arising from the processing of your order, such as the desired and actual times of your arrival/departure. The processing of your data takes place on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (contract initiation and contract fulfilment); the data must be archived by us for 10 years due to legal regulations.
